Each school is welcome to determine their own levels of promotion and celebration as appropriate for their school community. Some choose to offer participation rewards, while others simply offer the list as suggested list of “good books.” Participants are expected to act accordingly for their respective organization.
Suggested Reward Level:
The yearly Lectio Book Award Nominee List is a list of suggested reading titles for grades 4th-8th and level of participation is determined by each individual entity. Not all books are for all readers and participants are expected to act accordingly for their respective organization. The only requirement we have is that in order to vote, the entity is registered and the voting student must have read 5 books from the current list.
